Ingredients:
1 c. ground peanuts
1 pound confectioner’s sugar
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pound Ritz® crackers
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together and spread thin layer over crackers. Bake at 375 degrees until they puff up. Unusual - but tasty!
