~ Star Bucks - Pumpkin Ball Cookies, Chocolate Chip Cookies that are white and not browned: Looking for two cookies - One is at Star Bucks – pumpkin ball cookies that are round pumpkin spice cookies, looks like Mexican or Russian wedding cookies, a round ball with powder sugar on it. ~ Amish Cookies: I'm looking for an Amish cookie that is similar to a biscotti but it is much harder and doesn't have as high a dome. It has slivered almonds in it. jenise@stargate.net

~ Low-Fat Pecan Shortbread Cookies: Looking for your help. Went out to eat and they had low-fat pecan shortbread cookies. Can't find a recipe. Any chance you have come across a good cookie? ~ Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies: I need a recipe for a sugar-free chocolate chip oatmeal cookie and also one for a chocolate chip oatmeal muffin. ~ Short Paste Cookies: Our local bakery makes a cookie that is referred to as short paste. They make different shapes for different holidays and sometimes they have the little beaded sprinkles in them. They usually have food coloring added and are thick cookies that are not very sweet. ~ Chocolate Chip Cookie, browned Oatmeal: I am looking for a chocolate chip oatmeal cookie recipe. You have to brown the oatmeal in frying pan before adding. Thanks warcher@mts.net

~ Pistachio Cookies with Mint Chocolate Filling: Several years ago (maybe 5?) my daughter and I made a cookie that she really loved. We have moved twice since then, and I've misplaced the recipe. It was a dough with crushed pistachios that I rolled into two size circles, one slightly larger than the other. There was a small spoon of filling made from mint chocolate chips. I pressed the top smaller circle onto the bottom circle and filling, and then egg-washed the top and sprinkled a few more crushed pistachios. Thanks in advance. ~ Homemade Peppermints, without Powdered or Corn Sugar: My family and I are struggling to find a recipe for home made peppermints that does NOT call for confectioners and/or powdered sugar or corn. ~ Old Recipe for Chocolate Frosted Chocolate Coconut Cookies/Bars: I am looking for an old recipe for a chocolate cookie recipe. My great grandmother used to make them and she passed away over 10 years ago ... and to no avail, no one can find the recipe. Here are the main ingredients, cocoa flour.. the dough was separated in half then rolled out (almost like pie crust). On top of the first layer was a mixture of coconut and ??? then you put the remaining layer of chocolate dough on it... then cut it either in squares or ovals. Then they were baked. Once cooled you frosted them with chocolate frosting. PLEASE help UKEYROX@AOL.com

~ Chocolate Chewies: Anyone have a recipe for Chocolate Chewies from Randall's grocery stores. I found the cookies while living in Houston, but am 650 miles away and no Randall's. ~ Chocolate Cookie w/ Peanut Butter Filling: I'm looking for a cookie recipe that was in a women's magazine probably 9 or 10 years ago. It is a chocolate cookie with a peanut butter center. ~ Mint Surprise Cookies: I am looking for a recipe that was a Pillsbury award winner in the 50's or early 60's. It's called Mint Surprise Cookies. A chocolate mint candy is baked between layers of dough. The cookie is shown with a walnut half on top. This is my family's favorite cookie during the holidays and I can't find my recipe. It is an easy recipe that calls for powdered sugar not only in the cookie but to be rolled in. ~ Old Recipe for Short Bread Cookies: I am trying to find a good old fashioned short bread cookie recipe. My mother, who is eighty years young was wanting some the other day. So I bought her some in the store, she was disappointed to see them come from a box. She stated if I had my recipes I would make some good cookies. ~ Mudpuddle Cookies: A nurse told me about a recipe for "Mudpuddle Cookies" that I could make that were delicious and sugar free, and very easy to make. The ingredients included instant oatmeal, cocoa, milk and "Splenda" (or you can use real sugar). They are mixed and dropped onto waxed paper until they harden. ~ Pumpkin Spritz Cookies: I was just reading the web site... one lady had asked for and found a recipe for pressed coconut cookies that she thought came with the Mirro cookie press... She's right... it was in there. Years ago I got a Mirro cookie press from my Mom, she had found it at a garage sale. In the package was the instruction book. There must have been 20-25 variations-on-a-theme for different spritz... Chocolate, chocolate mint, pumpkin, spice, lemon, basic spritz, peanut butter, etc, etc. I've managed to misplace my booklet, and would love to make those pumpkin ones again. ~ Cinnamon Snap Cookies: When I was younger, about 10-15 years ago, I found cinnamon snap cookies in a store. They were like ginger snaps but made with cinnamon. ~ Body Builder Cookies: I am looking for a recipe that I have not been able to find for years. I got the recipe from my Home Economics class 20 years ago. I know the ingredients but not the amounts. They were called BodyBuilder Cookies, they were full of healthy ingredients. The ingredients were cheddar cheese, bran flakes, sugar, raisins and the usual flour etc. If anyone has any knowledge or can help me to find this recipe I would greatly appreciate it.
