New Requests... ~ Star Bucks - Pumpkin Ball Cookies, Chocolate Chip Cookies that are white and not browned: Looking for two cookies - One is at Star Bucks – pumpkin ball cookies that are round pumpkin spice cookies, looks like Mexican or Russian wedding cookies, a round ball with powder sugar on it. The other is a recipe for chocolate chip cookies that are not so brown, like white color dough and semi sweet morsels. ~ Short Paste Cookies: Our local bakery makes a
cookie that is referred to as short paste. They make different
shapes for different holidays and sometimes they have the little
beaded sprinkles in them. They usually have food coloring added and are thick cookies that are not very sweet.
Do you have a recipe for such a type of cookie?

~ Chocolate Chip Cookie, browned Oatmeal: I am looking for a chocolate chip oatmeal cookie recipe. You have to brown the oatmeal in frying pan before adding. Thanks warcher@mts.net ~ Pistachio Cookies with Mint Chocolate Filling: Several years ago (maybe 5?) my daughter and I made a cookie that she really loved. We have moved twice since then, and I've misplaced the recipe. It was a dough with crushed pistachios that I rolled into two size circles, one slightly larger than the other. There was a small spoon of filling made from mint chocolate chips. I pressed the top smaller circle onto the bottom circle and filling, and then egg-washed the top and sprinkled a few more crushed pistachios. Thanks in advance. My great grandmother used to make them and she passed away over 10 years ago ... and to no avail, no one can find the recipe. Here are the main ingredients, cocoa flour.. the dough was separated in half then rolled out (almost like pie crust). On top of the first layer was a mixture of coconut and ??? then you put the remaining layer of chocolate dough on it... then cut it either in squares or ovals. Then they were baked. Once cooled you frosted them with chocolate frosting.
