Candy Bar No Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

1 tub chocolate frosting
1 (12-ounce) pkg. Semi chocolate chips
2 average size candy bars such as Snickers or Baby Ruth (I've used Almond Joy and is very good too), chopped

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients and roll into ball and freeze for about 1 hour. I used this recipe at our church cookie swap. Very good with lots of chocolate. YUM!  Should make about 36 cookies.

No Bake Peanut Butter Cocoa Cookies

Ingredients:

1/4 c. milk 
1/4 c. sugar 
1/4 c. butter 
1/4 c. peanut butter 
1/2 T. dry cocoa 
1-1/2 c. quick cooking oats 
1/2 tsp. vanilla 

Directions:

In a saucepan boil milk, sugar, butter, peanut butter, and cocoa for 1 minute. Stir in oatmeal and vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. Cool until firm.

No Bake Cocoa Fudgies (Recipe 1 of 2)

Ingredients:

2 c. sugar 
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. can milk
1/3 c. cocoa
5 tbsp. peanut butter (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. 1 minute oats (do not substitute)

Directions:

Cook sugar, butter, milk and cocoa over medium heat to a full rolling boil, boil 1 minute (have oats ready). Remove chocolate mixture from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla, mix until peanut butter melts, then add oats. Mix well. Drop onto wax paper or cookie sheets. Let cool.

Cocoa Fudge No Bake Cookie (Recipe 2)

Ingredients:

2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
3 c. one minute oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions: 

Mix together sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in saucepan. Bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper or buttered dish. (Don't beat, will harden quickly.)

Graham Cracker No Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

1 c. raisins
1/4 c. honey
1 c. chopped dates
10 graham crackers

Directions:

Pour raisins, dates and honey into a mixing bowl. Add crushed graham crackers to honey-fruit mixture. Roll into balls.

Peanut-Mallow Clusters

Ingredients:

I pkg. (6oz.) semi sweet chocolate pieces
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate(1oz.)
1 T. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. salted peanuts
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions: 

Melt chocolate pieces, chocolate square, and butter in top of double boiler over hot water. Beat eggs until foamy; stir in sugar, salt, and vanilla. Blend egg mixture with chocolate mixture. Stir in peanuts and marshmallows. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on waxed paper. Refrigerate 1 hour to set. Makes 4 dozen clusters.

No Bake Brownies

Ingredients:

2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 c. crushed vanilla wafers
2 c. mini-marshmallows
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Lightly grease a 9-inch square pan. In a double boiler, melt chocolate chips with milk, stirring until smooth. Stir in sugar to dissolve. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, combine the vanilla wafers, marshmallows, walnuts and salt. Transfer 1/2 cup of mixture into small bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of the warm chocolate mixture and stir to blend. Add the remaining chocolate mixture to the vanilla wafer mixture and stir to blend. Press the dough evenly into the baking pan, pressing down hard to pack the mixture into the pan. Spread the reserved chocolate mixture on top. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled and set. Cut into large or small bars.

NOTE: Graham Crackers or chocolate wafers can be used in place of vanilla wafers.

Peanut-Butter Oatmeal Drops

Ingredients:

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. quick-cooking oatmeal

Directions:

Combine the butter, brown sugar, and milk in a large saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over
medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Continue to boil for 3 minutes, without stirring. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. Mix well. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto prepared (with waxed paper) baking sheets. Cool and store in refrigerator.

No Bake Fudge Cookies

Ingredients:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, softened 
1/4 c. peanut better
3 c. quick cooking oats

Directions:

Combine sugar, milk, cocoa and butter in a saucepan. Place over medium-high heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Let boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Mix in peanut butter. Add oats and blend thoroughly. Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper. Let cool completely. Store cookies in air tight container.  Makes about 4 dozen cookies.

No Bake Cookies (Recipe 1 of 3)

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1 cup dark (or light) corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. cheerios

Directions:

Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil, take off heat and add peanut butter, then the cheerios.  Drop mixture onto waxed paper as large or small as you desire.

No Bake Cookies (Recipe 2)

Ingredients:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
dash of salt
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick oatmeal, uncooked

Directions:

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in pan, bring to a full rolling boil, while stirring, and continue boiling for one minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla, dash of salt, and peanut butter. Have a large bowl with the 3 cups of oatmeal in it, pour the chocolate mixture on the oatmeal. Stir and drop immediately on wax paper. Let set up, then eat.

Quick Cookies (Recipe 3)

Ingredients:

6 tbsp cocoa
1 cup coconut
3 cups oatmeal
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk

Directions:  

Place cocoa, coconut and oatmeal in a large bowl, set aside.  In a saucepan, bring to a boil sugar, butter and milk.  Then pour butter mixture over the oatmeal and mix well.  Drop cookies onto waxed paper and cool.

Easy No Bake Pudding Cookies

Ingredients & Directions:

Put 2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup milk in sauce pan. Bring to a boil on medium heat for 3 minutes, then remove from heat. Stir in 1 small box instant pudding (any flavor), 3 and 1/2 cups quick oatmeal and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Mix well and let stand 5 minutes. Drop cookies by tsp. on waxed paper. Let cool and store in fridge.

Fudgy Oatmeal Cookies

This is the simplest cookie recipe there is.  It's been in my family since the 50's, when my Aunt, who was a cafeteria cook, made them for the elementary kids.  Now even my sister who DOES NOT cook, makes them often for her friends and family.  

Ingredients:

2 c. sugar
3 T. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal
1 T. vanilla

Directions:

Mix together sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine and boil for 1 minute, remove from heat.  Add peanut butter, oatmeal, and 1 T. vanilla.  Drop by rounded teaspoons (or bigger if you want) on waxed paper or parchment.  Cool, and pack airtight (these dry out easily)    Yummy!

No Bake Honey Cookies 

Ingredients:

1 c. honey
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. dry milk
1 c. corn flakes, crushed

Directions:

Cream honey and peanut butter. Mix with dry milk. Shape into balls and roll in crushed corn flakes.

No Bake Chocolate Clusters

Ingredients:

1 (12-ounce) bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips (or any flavor, or flavor combination)
2 c. chow mein noodles (or any cereal)
1 c. peanuts

Directions:

Melt chocolate chips in microwave, stirring every minute.  Stir until smooth, then add remaining ingredients and coat well.  Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and chill until firm.

No Bake Nut Clusters

Ingredients:

1 (8-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
1 1/2 c. halved nuts (pecans, walnuts or almonds, or whole peanuts)

Directions:

Melt chocolate in microwave, stirring every minute.  Stir until smooth, then add nuts and coat completely.  Drop nut mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and chill until firm.  Makes about 2 dozen.  Yum!!

Variation: Substitute coconut for the nuts if desired.

No Bake Granola Cookies

Ingredients:

12 ounces vanilla candy coating
2 c. granola cereal

Directions:

Melt candy coating in microwave, stirring every minute.  Stir until smooth, add granola, coating well. Spread mixture onto baking sheet lined with waxed paper and chill until set.  Break into cookie sized pieces.
