Yield: 12 - 24 Cookies
Here is a recipe with no oil or butter!
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (walnut or pecan)
Mix all ingredients together. Line an 8x8-inch pan or round pie dish with parchment paper. Pour mixture into pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until top is dull. Cool and slice.
